I’m Jason Johnson, founder of Polar Peak Roofing. My background is in communication, leadership, client advisory, business growth, and operations. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Colorado State University and spent years in high accountability roles where trust, responsiveness, and results mattered. Over the course of my career, I was recognized for top performance, client service, retention, and business development, including earning Fidelity’s President’s Circle Award, multiple Excellence in Action awards, and multiple Spotlight awards.

Before launching Polar Peak Roofing, I worked in leadership, sales, and advisory roles with companies including Fidelity Investments, Qualtrics, JPMorgan Chase, and Brick. Those roles taught me how to communicate clearly, solve problems fast, build trust with clients, and lead with accountability. Today, I bring that same mindset into roofing and construction. My recent experience includes leading operations, overseeing roofing and construction projects, helping drive lead generation and marketing, and supporting revenue growth and customer acquisition in the construction industry.

I started Polar Peak Roofing because too many homeowners have had the same frustrating experience. They call a roofing company and get poor communication, confusing pricing, pressure tactics, missed details, or work that feels rushed. Roofing is one of the biggest investments a homeowner makes in their property, and the process should feel clear, professional, and trustworthy from start to finish.
